You can upload PDF documents or provide links to YouTube videos. pluCast will use these to generate your podcast. We are also working hard to generate podcasts from audio (either user uploaded OR recorded on pluCast), as well as from publicly accessible URLs and links.

Every pluCast episode is a natural two-person conversation where one host explains the material and the other asks clarifying questions — much like a real podcast interview. pluCast offers two quality levels: Regular and HD. HD episodes use enhanced voice processing for richer, more expressive audio. The underlying conversational content and transcript are similar; the difference is in enunciation, intonation, pacing and vocal expressiveness. You can choose your preferred quality each time you create a podcast, or set a default in your account settings.

With a one-time Google account setup, pluCast can automatically monitor your YouTube playlists and Google Drive folders for new content and generate podcasts without any manual intervention. Once configured, new videos and PDFs are automatically picked up and turned into podcast episodes for you.

Anywhere! The simplest way is to listen directly on pluCast. Paid users can additionally download individual MP3 files for offline listening on any device. Premium users can additionally listen to all their podcasts on popular podcast apps — Apple Podcasts, Overcast, and more, via their personal pluCast RSS feed.

Paid users have several options to share podcasts. They can share temporary links to individual episodes with others - no pluCast account required. New episodes are automatically added to the RSS feed, so once set up, sharing is effortless and ongoing.
